🔹Vegetable cutlet instructions
- Boiled potato and peel it off. Mash the potatoes. Boiled all the veggies in microwave for 10 minutes. Now mix mash potatoes,veggies and poha. Add all the above mention spices to it. Mix it well..
- Make cutlet from it. Now take maida and add water to it and make surry of it. Drop tikki in it and then coat it with bread crumbs. Now heat oil in a pan. Fry all the cutlet in it on medium flame till it becomes golden brown in color. Drop it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil from it. Serve it with green chutney /sauce or tamarind chutney..
