- You need 2 cups of Pulao Basmati Rice (Wash n soak rice).
- It's 4-5 glass of water.

- Prepare 2 of bay leaf.

- Prepare 4-5 of black pepper.

- You need 1 of small green bell pepper (small diced).
- Prepare 1 of small red bell pepper (small diced).
- Prepare 20-25 of ivy gourd (tindora)(small diced).
- Prepare 1 cup of mix frozen Veggie (green peas, cauliflower, carrot, beans).
- It's 10-15 of cashews (Chopped).
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 11/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- It's 1 of lemon juice.
- It's Handful of coriander leaves chopped.

Mix Veg Pulao step by step
- Take a big deep vessel add water let it get boil. Add soaked rice. Add salt. Boil the rice till it get 70% cooked.
- Rice is 70% cooked. Strain the rice. Get all whole masalas ready..
- Get all Veggies ready. Put big kadhai/ pan on Medium flame. Add oil n all whole masalas, when it crackled add onions. Saute it till light golden..
- Now add Potato mix n cover the pan let Potato get half cook. Now add ivy gourd. Cover it n let it cooked. When Potato n ivy gourd get cooked add both bell peppers. Mix it well n saute it for 1/2 second..
- Add all frozen Veggie (which boiled). Saute it for a min. Add tomatoes n cashews. Mix it well..
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, n all dry Masala. Saute it well..
- Now add 70%cooked rice. Mix it well. Squeeze lemon. Mix it..
- Sprinkle coriander leaves. Mix it n ready to serve. Garnish with whole masala n cashews. Served with curd n salad..
