  1. Take a big deep vessel add water let it get boil. Add soaked rice. Add salt. Boil the rice till it get 70% cooked.
  2. Rice is 70% cooked. Strain the rice. Get all whole masalas ready..
  3. Get all Veggies ready. Put big kadhai/ pan on Medium flame. Add oil n all whole masalas, when it crackled add onions. Saute it till light golden..

  5. Add all frozen Veggie (which boiled). Saute it for a min. Add tomatoes n cashews. Mix it well..
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, n all dry Masala. Saute it well..
  7. Now add 70%cooked rice. Mix it well. Squeeze lemon. Mix it..
  8. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Mix it n ready to serve. Garnish with whole masala n cashews. Served with curd n salad..
