  2. You need 1 of onion finally chopped.
  3. It's 2 of tomatoes finally chopped.

  6. It's 2 of green chilly chopped.
  7. You need 1 of small piece cinnamon.
  8. You need 4 of cloves.
  9. Prepare 1 of bayleaf.

  1. Soak moong dal for 10 minutes..

  3. Add onions and saute untill become pink. Then add green chilly and tomato and cook until tomatoes become soft. Then add all spices and cook for a minute..
  4. Now add all other ingredients and add 3 cups water. When water starts boiling then cover with lid and wait for 2 whistles and cook for 5 minutes on low flame..
  5. Let it some cool then remove cinnamon and bayleaf..
  6. Then blend and strain. Our healthy dal soup is ready. Add lemon juice to enhance the taste. Garnish with coriander.
