Ingredients of Ginger Chicken

1. It's 6 of chicken drumstick with tight (chopped into pieces).
2. You need of Garlic (Chopped).
3. Prepare of Onion (Chopped).
4. It's of Ginger (chopping or in strips).
5. It's 1 of tpbs Sesame oil.
6. Prepare 1 of tpbs soy sauce.
7. It's of Pepper powder.
8. It's 400 of ml- 500ml water.
9. It's 1 of tbps oil.

Ginger Chicken instructions

1. Wash the chicken 2 time with hot water and rinse off, add in sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper for marination..
2. Heat oil to pan, add in garlic, onion and ginger to stir fry (2min), add in the chicken and stir fry for 2min (mix well).
3. Add in water, stir well and cover with lid (boil for 15min-20min) ready to served with rice.
